I was born and raised in Salem, Oregon, and after graduating from Oregon State University in 1987 with a degree in Accounting, I began my career with the IRS as an auditor. From there, I spent several years with an international accounting firm, where I became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
In 2000, I returned to public accounting in downtown Camas, WA, and in 2012 I joined my dad, Denny Moore, as a financial advisor. As my three kids—Kylee, Konner, and Colton—got older, I gradually took over the financial advising practice from him while also continuing my CPA practice. Experience in both worlds has allowed me to provide clients with a comprehensive perspective that ties together tax planning and financial planning.
Today, I love helping individuals and families create financial strategies that support their lives. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my friends and my family. I’m also active in the community and volunteer with the Downtown Camas Association, where I get the chance to give back to the place I call home.
